What size ribbon do you use for pendants and necklaces?

​

A black, 30 inch (laid out end to end) ribbon is used for all pendants and necklaces.

​

Why do pendants and necklaces come with ribbon? Can I get a chain instead?

​

In an effort to make products more affordable, ribbon is used instead of chains. Many people also have metal allergies.

Customers are not able to order a chain but are welcome to transfer their purchased pendant to a chain once they receive it.

What kind of earring posts do you use? What kind of earring backs do you use?

​

All earring posts are made of stainless steel. The "dangle" earrings use a fishhook style wire. The "stud" earrings use a standard flat post.

Some earrings come with a metal back and some come with a "soft" back. See individual products for specifications.

What are "B Grade" items and where can I find them?

​

"B Grade" items are those produced with minor imperfections.

The item(s) will still function, but something in the production of the product did not turn out as planned.

You can find these items on Etsy. They will be listed at 25% off normal listing price.

Are your products microwave or dishwasher safe?

​

NO! Do not put any products in your microwave or dishwasher.

​

How do I clean my coaster or tray?

​

Should your coaster or tray get dirty, wash in soapy water at cold or room temperature.

​

​

Can I use your products to serve or consume food, drinks or other consumables directly from the resin surface?

​

NO! The resin used is not recommended to directly serve from or consume from.

​

​

What good are trays if I cannot serve or consume food, drinks or other consumables directly from the resin surface?

​

Trays are designed for lightweight objects such as a few glasses of wine, cosmetics, displaying objects, decoration or rolling dice!

​

Can I place hot items on the coasters and/or trays?

​

Coasters work fine for hot mugs of coffee, tea, cocoa etc.

Other hot items such as curling/flat irons, cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. are not recommended as the intense heat may damage the product.

How should I clean earrings when they arrive?

​

Take a cotton ball and lightly dampen it with rubbing alcohol. Clean the stainless steel earring posts and allow to dry before wearing.

​

My earrings are irritating my skin - what do I do?

​

Try painting a little bit of clear nail polish / clear coat onto the posts and allow it to dry before wearing again.

​

​

​

Can I use incense cones with your incense holders?

No! The cones will warp the resin. Please use incense sticks. You may have to wedge the end of the incense under the holder at the hole end to get it to stand at an angle.

​

I saw an item I wanted but now it's out of stock - what do I do?

Items will come and go.

I ordered multiple of the same product - why do they look slightly different?

​

All items are handmade/homemade. Not two pieces or products are alike! That is the beauty of homemade items and art!

Colors and appearance may slightly vary depending on material availability.

The product I ordered looks slightly different than the picture shown on the website / Etsy / social media post - why?

​

This could be due to lighting / setting during photography.

If there are multiple of the same item in stock, you may receive the item that was not necessarily chosen to be photographed.

All items are handmade/homemade. Not two pieces or products are alike! That is the beauty of homemade items and art!
